Our Story
Where It All Began
DaVinci Italian Restaurant was born in the autumn of 2017, the “love child” of an Italian couple who visited Scotland and decided to move here and turn their passion for cooking into a small family business. The story lives on thanks to Elena, a young, enthusiastic chef who chose Aberdeen as her new home.
Growing up in fantastic Florence, Elena has developed a love for healthy and good food. Passionate about authentic Italian recipes and truly fascinated by the pastry universe, Elena recently received her professional culinary diploma which makes her an official sweets fairy. 🧚
Like all Italians, Elena loves tasty and healthy food – fresh, quality ingredients are essential for creating Italian authentic taste. That is why at DaVinci Italian Restaurant, we only use, fresh, high quality ingredients and to reflect that, the menu changes with the season foods.
